A training day for Parents and Carers in Basingstoke
A one-day event focused on parents and carers understanding their own needs and learning strategies to look after themselves as they support a young person with their own mental health needs. The sessions will include looking at guilt/responsibility and acceptance and how to be compassionate with yourself.

Event Information

Courtney is a trauma-informed neurodiversity-affirming somatic (body-centred) coach & wellbeing facilitator. She is late-diagnosed autistic & ADHD and a parent to neurodivergent children in burnout. She is passionate about helping others reconnect to themselves and finding ways of feeling better that really work for them.

Exploring what burnout is, what contributes to it, what the signs are, how to avoid repeating the cycle. An immersive session including self care and nervous system regulation practices.
