Fit Fest
13th May

A free health and wellbeing event for schools in Hampshire organised by Hampshire CAMHS.

Get Fit – Get Happy – Get Healthy

What is Fit Fest?

These themed health and wellbeing events seek to empower young people to feel confident in making healthy life choices and to take personal responsibility for their health, wellbeing and behaviour.  Fit Fest seeks to promote a balanced life style by emphasising creativity and exercise (the benefit and importance of these), along with healthy eating, sleep and hobbies, and the positive impact that they can have on our emotional and psychological health.  A number of free workshops will be provided which cover mental health, and how to look after ourselves.

These issues are reinforced through specialist and relevant organisations’ information stands at the event, which will be available in the Hall throughout the day.

To request to have an Information Stand at this event, please email
